We use Fed-Ex 2nd-Day Air shipping to make sure that our products arrive fresh and ready to cook -- but don't cost a fortune. Depending on your location, our fresh-frozen plankfish will arrive still frozen, or just starting to thaw. We use special packaging and gel-packs for guaranteed tasty plankfish!

You can immediately place the plankfish back in the freezer for a cooking at a later date, or you can put them in the refrigerator for at least three days. However, we recommend that you cook your plankfish right away! Most people can't wait to get grilling anyway....
