Plankfish Start In The Sea
Our amazing plankfish begin their long journey to your table in the clean, cold waters of the North Pacific Ocean. We then interrupt them in that idyllic environment and catch them (or one of our friends does). While individually the fish may not appreciate this sort of rough treatment, we respect our portion of the ocean's bounty and endeavor to provide the finest seafood product for you.

With their long history of commercial fishing, Ryan & Debbie know all about catching, preparing and shipping fish. Mike's equally long history as an innovative chef and accomplished restaurateur gives the plankfish team the complete culinary/piscatorial package. Our commitment to you is that our fish are as good as can be purchased, and our prepared seafood products are guaranteed to please.

Why Our Plankfish Rule
We select the finest fresh or fresh-frozen Pacific salmon, halibut and ling cod fillets for our plankfish. We have perfected the seasoning and cooking technique so that these pre-packaged and cedar-planked fillets are ever-so-simple to prepare. Complete and ready-to-grill, each of our plankfish will make your guests' mouths water -- and make you look like a pro! Grilled over hot coals or on a gas barbecue, the plankfish steeps in moist cedar smoke to 'cue into a most wonderful treat -- all year long. And with our T-stick thermometer, there is no guesswork to cooking. Simply follow our cooking tips and you'll have a perfectly prepared feast in no time at all. The hot cedar plank chars in the heat, giving off a warm bath of cedar smoke to infuse the unbeatable cedar flavor, but also make for a succulent fillet. This aromatic smoke creates a glazed finish to the fillet that seals in flavor and juices.

Forget the Foil!
While barbecuing uneven normal fish fillets on a grill can be problematic, our cedar plank method allows even cooking -- from the fat end of the fillet down to the tail -- unlike foil. You (and your guests) will be suitably amazed. We're willing to bet you've never had a better fish barbecue!
