PlankFish A Plankfish is a wonderful treat that defies description; it must be experienced to be understood. This delicacy isn't a species, mind you, but a cooking technique from the past. Indians learned long ago that Salmon cooked on a well-soaked cedar plank are moist, tender and enhanced by the essence of cedar.  Choose from traditional Chinook Salmon, Alaskan Halibut, or icy fresh Lingcod!

From dips and sauces to plank-tastic side courses, these tasty offerings make the perfect accompaniment to a Plankfish!  Try our Seafood Sausage or Salmon Patties on the grill, and top it all off with selections such as our Blackberry BBQ Sauce, Smoked Salmon Pate', or our very own secret recipe Clam Dip.
Wild-Caught Fresh-Smoked Seafood If you think of canned fish as just something for your cat...think again. We smoke our own fresh Oregon Chinook Salmon and Oregon Albacore Tuna right here.
