Smoked Chinook Salmon
Here at the Fisherman's Market we only smoke the wildest of salmon.  Pacific Northwest Chinook Salmon are the richest, most flavorful, and best provider of Omega-3 oils of all the salmon.  We carefully prepare our salmon in a sweet brine that gives the fish a lovely golden glaze in our smoker.  Order 8 oz. portions, or order a whole smoked side by calling our store number above.

A Pacific Northwest treasure.  This firm flaky white fish has a mild smoky flavor that all palates enjoy.  Our halibut is flown in fresh from our friends in Seward, Alaska and smoked regularly.

Smoked Oysters
A specialty and crowd-favorite here at the Fisherman's Market.  We use local Oregon medium-sized oysters that make for a plump and rich smoked treat.  We glaze the oysters in our secret teriyaki sauce after smoking for a sweet combination of tastes.
