Our number one specialty, the Chinook Salmon Plankfish. A Western Red Cedar plank covered with a fillet of the finest Northwest or Alaskan salmon, this is the quintessential Plankfish. It's hard to argue with hundreds of years of mouth-watering success. We put a 21st Century spin on this Native American classic with a light rubbing of olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh dill.

Halibut PlankFish

If the Indians could have long-lined the icy waters of the Pacific, we're sure they would have plunked down meaty fillets of Halibut alongside their Salmon. We knew it was a perfect match from the get-go. Our cedar plank preparation imparts a tantalizing new flavor to the this all-time favorite.

Mahi Mahi PlankFish

Don't mistake this delicious exotic for a mammal, it is simply Dolphinfish or Dorado.  Plucked fresh from the waters off Mexico and grilled on a cedar plank, this firm fish is exquisite!  Not quite as mild as halibut, but equally enjoyed by fish lovers and finicky fish eaters alike.
